Notre projet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

NutriNeuro, dirig\u00e9e par Lucile Capuron depuis 2022, est une unit\u00e9 de recherche en neurosciences et nutrition comptant 80 membres. Elle \u00e9tudie les relations entre nutrition et cerveau pour pr\u00e9venir les maladies neurod\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives et neuropsychiatriques. Les recherches utilisent des approches int\u00e9gr\u00e9es et translationnelles, s’appuyant sur des dispositifs innovants et des plateformes technologiques de l’universit\u00e9 de Bordeaux. Les comp\u00e9tences couvrent diverses disciplines comme les neurosciences comportementales, la biochimie, et la psychiatrie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les retomb\u00e9es des recherches sont significatives, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant des connaissances scientifiques et des innovations en nutrition et m\u00e9decine. Le laboratoire est organis\u00e9 en trois \u00e9quipes : NutriPsy, NutriMind, et Food Circus, chacune explorant diff\u00e9rents aspects de l’influence de la nutrition sur le cerveau. NutriNeuro collabore avec de nombreux partenaires nationaux et internationaux, et participe activement \u00e0 la formation par la recherche, accueillant des doctorants et stagiaires. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
